  • Gold & Gold-plated Jewelry: Clean gently using a soft cloth to remove any oils or fingerprints. For a deeper clean, soak in warm water with a mild soap, and brush with a soft toothbrush.
  • Silver Jewelry: Use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. For stubborn tarnish, use a paste of baking soda and water.

All orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days. 
Some items may be on back order which will delay shipping. 
Shipping fee for domestic orders is 100% FREE on orders over $150 dollars. 
All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination and we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member's address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery. 
Some orders require signature tracking.


International Shipping

We offer International shipping which usually arrives in 2 weeks from the date of the order depending on the destination. 
Phone numbers are required for International shipments. 
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped.
